On Count I, the fraudulent schemes charge, he was sentenced to a minimum term of 5.25 years imprisonment. On each of Counts II through XI, involving the submission of false insurance claims, he was sentenced to a minimum term of one year. On Count XII, the theft charge, he was sentenced to five years, the minimum term for the charge as enhanced by one prior conviction pursuant to A.R.S. ç 13-604(H). All sentences were to be served concurrently.
